Si l’histoire de Melody Gardot est surprenante – un accident dramatique a failli lui coûter la vie à l’âge de 19 ans – son triomphe en 2009 avec My One And Only Thrill l’est tout autant.

Après avoir offert à son public un second album touchant, grave et empreint de nostalgie, Melody a sorti The Absence, un opus qui transporte son auditoire des déserts du Maroc aux bars à tango de Buenos Aires, où elle aura réussi à capturer l’essence de chacun de ses périples exotiques.

Melody prépare actuellement son 4ème album, dont la sortie est prévue pour mai 2015.
