Tous les 1ers jeudis du mois, CiaoGnari organise un nouveau rendez-vous dédié aux pâtes fraîches: Open Pasta.

Si vous voulez apprendre gratuitement à les réaliser, c’est l’endroit où aller, et c’est gratuit. Si vous voulez les déguster, il vous faudra donner une petite participation.

Rassembler une soirée-apéritif à l’italienne et un atelier de démonstration de confection de pâte, voilà l’idée de Valentina et Francesco, le duo de Farine 00.

En plus, ils vont apprendront la méthode traditionnelle italienne (fait à la main, étalage au rouleau, sans machines).
