L’AFRO-BEAT « MADE IN » CANADA !
Depuis sa création à Ottawa, au Canada, en 2002, le Souljazz Orchestra est devenu l’un des groupes les plus ravageurs de son genre.
Renouvelant le groove pur et dur des années 60/70’s et fusionnant sans effort les rythmes soul, jazz, afro et latin, le combo fait évoluer à sa manière les fondations établies par Fela Kuti, Fania et le funk en gardant la bonne vieille saleté analogique intacte.
En live, grâce à des années de tournées incessantes, le Souljazz Orchestra est devenu l’un des groupes de scène les plus demandés à l’international.
Après leur dernière venue en Europe cet été pour défendre leur album « Solidarity », les 6 musiciens sont de retour sur le vieux continent pour présenter leur prochain album dont la sortie est prévue le 11 février 2014.
